At MobileFiT, we exist for a single purpose – to help grow the revenue stream of your fitness facility.

Get On Board

Get on Board is an app for your membership staff that automatically collects critical data on all aspects of acquisition and ensures a smooth handoff to your Fitness staff. When a new prospect walks in, they enter their contact information and interests on a tablet. No more long paper forms! Their info allows your staff to customize a tour of your facility to their specific interests. If they don’t join right away, all their information and their interests are collected for future marketing and follow up. If they do join, they’re immediately prompted to take the next step and schedule the first critical onboarding appointment using our robust calendar system.

MobileFiT Coach

Our Coach app receives all the information gathered by your membership team, so your coaches or trainers can get to know the new member and their goals even before their first appointment. Coach is designed to prompt your staff to use behavioral coaching methodologies that have been proven to increase exercise adherence. Your coaches can also create a custom workout for the member or prescribe them an exercise template you design. The coach can schedule a follow-up appointment, personal training session, or any other appointment with a touch of their finger.

Assist

The Assist app allows members instant access to all information they discussed with their coach. They can view and edit their goals and strategies they developed for overcoming past barriers to exercise. They can log the workout prescribed for them by their coach, or try a MobileFiT template. Assist has full calendar functionality, so members can schedule an appointment with a coach or trainer at any time, right from the app.

The greatest value of the MobileFiT system is the insight it gives you into what is truly happening in your facility. Our intelligent dashboard compiles all the data gathered by our apps so you can see the number of prospects who walked it, the percentages that toured, joined, and scheduled an onboarding appointment. For the first time, you will know who didn’t join and needs follow-up, as well as how well members are moving through the onboarding program. You’ll know which staff are doing well and who needs further training. All the data you need to master the critical first month of membership will be right at your fingertips.

Franchise Dashboard

If you are a Franchise owner or executive, this dashboard gives you unprecedented insight into the sales and onboarding performance of the different facilities in your organization. With the click of a button, you’ll see the walk-in and tour conversion percentages for each facility. You will know how many appointments are being scheduled with your coaches and trainers. With our support, you’ll set targets for each Key Performance Metric. Once those targets are in place, you will see how each facility is performing in each step. Your efforts can be magnified by matching high performers with low performers in each step of the acquisition and retention process.
