Lance is responsible for leading the company’s vision and strategic direction in product development and process-improvement consulting. Prior to establishing MobileFiT, he worked in the areas of sales and marketing, product development, and Six Sigma process improvement. He held leadership positions within fortune 500 companies including Merck, Bausch and Lomb, and GE Healthcare. He is a serial entrepreneur, starting several companies ranging from Accelerated Learning Strategies, to cloud-based wellness tracking and member retention predictive technologies.
Clay Martin
Chief Technology Officer
Clay has worked in key Information Technology leadership roles including software and web development, managing outsourced software development and executive management. Clay’s responsibilities have included general IT management, software development leadership, and Enterprise Application Architecture. He has successfully championed the implementation of the SCRUM methodologies and has served as the product owner and Scrum-Master to bring order to software development projects.


Rich Humphrey
Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Analysis
Rich leads in engaging the marketplace through web-interfaces, social media, and blog posts. He drives awareness of MobileFiT’s ground-breaking technologies and training, as well as the latest industry research on membership engagement and retention. Rich is certified in Inbound Marketing through Hubspot Academy and has a proven track record of leadership and start-up experience.
Kelly Kidd
Account Executive
Kelly contributes 6 years of YMCA experience as a Healthy Lifestyles Director, Sports Director and Member Engagement Lead for the Birmingham Association. She understands first hand the challenges of guiding change in a large association. As an account executive, Kelly works with customers to balance the needs of wellness, fitness and membership while keeping the mission of the YMCA center stage. Kelly has a degree in International Business and a Master degree in Education.


Stacy Alvey
Inbound Marketing & Strategic Account Executive
Stacy is the inbound marketing and strategic account executive for MobileFiT. She is a versatile executive and client advocate with 14+ years in customer service, administration, and sales. Her wide range of skill sets has enabled her to successfully contribute in a variety of roles, including project management, lead generation management, and managing group dynamics and culture in the workforce. Stacy graduated with honors from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2008; and completed her certification in Human Services and is certified in inbound marketing methodologies.
