As a facility Executive or Director, there are two systems in the MobileFiT platform with which you will need to be familiar: the administrative system, and the apps that the staff at your branch will use to run your onboarding system. The administrative system allows you to set staff availability, schedule appointments, and monitor your onboarding performance. You access the MobileFiT administrative by opening your browser and going to mymobilefit.com. The MobileFiT technology platform is designed to cover the entire new member journey. As such, it includes an app for your Membership or front desk staff, an app for your coaches/trainers, and an app for members. Get On Board
Get On Board is the app for membership or front desk staff. It features a completely paperless process for engaging prospects, converting them to members, and then seamlessly managing the onboarding process.

Coach gives coaches and trainers an invaluable tool for the onboarding and engagement processes. With this app they will receive all member info, set goals and discuss barriers, and assign and track member workouts.

Assist is the app your members can use to engage with your center and with their coach or trainer. The app features custom workouts created by a coach, branch information, and goal tracking.
