In the next few weeks, we will be making some changes to the MobileFiT system that are steps toward brining you an association-wide dashboard. The first of these changes was released this morning. Here is what you need to know regarding today’s update:
- Only people logged in as an association-level admin will be able to make changes to appointment types. If you are an association-level executive or director, you can set up your association-level admin permissions by doing the following:
- Log into your account
- Under the “Engage” dropdown, select “Edit or Delete” under “Admin Staff”
- Select yourself from the list of staff
- Select “Association Admin” (see image below)
- Click Save
- To keep reporting consistent, the Onboarding appointments need to be kept the same and are association-wide. But, association-level Admins can make changes to appointments for specific branches. To do so:
- Log into your account
- Under the “Engage” dropdown, select “Engagement Program”
- When you create a new Standard appointment or edit an existing one, you will now have the option of assigning it to a specific branch or branches. (see image below)
- The number of members listed in the engagement report (see image below) previously reflected only those that were scheduled for an appointment. The number is now the total number that joined.
