6/13/17 – New Appointment Five-Star Rating

 

We’re excited to announce the launch of a couple of new features for the MobileFiT system! Both of these new functionalities are designed to give executives and directors better insight into the performance of both branch staff and the processes they are using.

1. Five Star Rating System

In order to know if coaches are meeting the member’s needs and expectations, you need feedback from the members themselves. Up until now that type of feedback has been impossible to receive. But, the first of our new features in this release makes this real-time member feedback a reality.

Here’s how it works:

When a member completes an appointment, they will be cued to give it a rating with this screen:

The member will be able to give the appointment a rating by swiping the stars. If they choose, they can also Cancel (they will be prompted about the appointment when they open the app the next time). Or they can select “Don’t Ask Again.” in this case they will never be prompted to rate this appointment type again.

You can now access the feedback given by members in your MobileFiT Reports. Simply go to your “Reports” dropdown and select “Appointment Member Rating Report” (see Figure 1 below)

This will take you to the report page where you will be able to sort and view all your coaches. The report will give you the number of appointments and the Average Appointment Rating (See Figure 2) they have received from members during any given period of time.

*The report for this new feature is currently on your dashboard. The app is pending approval from Apple. Thus the five-star rating feature will be integrated into the member mobile app within the next two weeks.

 

2. Tour Conversion Percentage on Dashboard

For some time now, we have been helping you track the number of joins after a tour for each of your membership staff. The release today gives you even more insight into staff performance. In addition to the total number of conversions, the dashboard now lists the tour conversion percentage for each of your staff. This allows a level comparison of staff, no matter how many hours they work.
